I'm late but I saw it and I was dissapointed once again. I don't understand how these people let this happen to there books. The movie seemed like it was unfinished and it tried to be cute and colorful in some parts. All the violence from the book was gone too and it revelaed too much early on the plot leaving no suspense or surprises for later. What it should have done was mkae a near perfect follow of the book while trying to trim some of the more boring parts of the novel or things that might've been unnnecessary. That's how a book- to movie adaptation is supposed to be done. All I know is when it's my turn I won't turn out like the rest.
lol...I saw'd it the other day (the movie) even if it's like a screw up of the book, it was pretty darn good. I liked it, it expressed my own personall distaste for established religion, and was well worth watching like when the one bear knocked the other one's jaw clean off...that was awesome!
